Role Description The Product Manager role at Emarlex Multiventure is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South.

The Product

Manager will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of HR tech and business solutions, including product discovery, requirements gathering, roadmap planning, and feature prioritization. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, sales, and operations to translate market needs into clear product requirements and deliverables.

Manager will monitor product performance, gather user feedback, analyze data,



and refine features to improve user experience and business outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities also include stakeholder communication, release planning, documentation, and supporting go-to-market initiatives and product demonstrations as needed.

Qualifications

- Product management skills, including roadmap planning, requirements definition, and feature prioritization, with experience managing end-to-end product lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data, user feedback, and market research to guide product decisions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales, operations) and managing stakeholders in a technology or consulting environment.
- Understanding of HR technology, business applications, or SaaS solutions; familiarity with HRMS, payroll, or digital business platforms is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey product vision, requirements, and updates to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work in office in Bengaluru South, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; a postgraduate degree or relevant certifications in product management or project management is beneficial.
- Prior experience in IT services, HR consulting, or business solutions, and familiarity with recruitment or staffing domains is a plus.
