Strong and demonstrable networking experience is essential for this role. Candidates should be comfortable working with technically complex network concepts and services.

ABOUT THE ROLE The role covers five products across three key network service areas:

Load Balancers as a Service (LBaaS)

Firewalls as a Service (FWaaS)

DDI as a Service (DDIaaS) – DHCP, IP Address Management (IPAM) & DNS The products are already built, with the primary focus on roadmap expansion, product evolution and increasing adoption.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Define and own the product vision, proposition, roadmap and delivery for network services products.
- Understand developer and engineering requirements and translate them into scalable network service offerings.
- Drive service standardisation and self-service capabilities.
- Improve onboarding journeys and operational models.
- Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Security and Operations teams.
- Ensure platform services are secure, reliable, scalable and easy to consume.
- Drive roadmap expansion and adoption of existing network service products.
- Define product value propositions and operating models for internal products.
- Balance customer requirements with platform scalability and operational supportability.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Product Management in highly technical, engineering-led environments

Platform / Infrastructure / Developer Product Management

Product lifecycle management from concept through adoption





Robust hands-on understanding of network services and networking technologies

Experience managing products in complex technical platform environments

Experience with roadmap expansion and product adoption

Experience defining product value propositions and operating models
