Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with strong expertise in Network Services. The role focuses on expanding the roadmap and driving adoption of existing network service products across the following domains:

- Load Balancers as a Service (LBaaS)
- Firewalls as a Service (FWaaS)
- DDI as a Service (DDIaaS), including:
- DHCP
- IP Address Management (IPAM)
- DNS

The products are already established, and the primary focus will be enhancing capabilities, increasing adoption, and delivering customer value through strategic product management. Strong networking knowledge and hands-on technical understanding are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and own the product vision, value proposition, roadmap, and delivery strategy for network services products.
- Understand engineering and developer requirements and translate them into scalable service offerings.
- Drive service standardisation, self-service capabilities, onboarding experiences, and operating models.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Operations teams to deliver secure, reliable, and user-friendly platform services.




- Lead roadmap expansion initiatives and improve adoption of existing products.
- Balance customer needs, platform scalability, operational supportability, and business considerations.

Required Experience

- Experience working in highly technical, engineering-driven environments.
- Proven track record of launching or managing platform, infrastructure, or developer products from concept to adoption.
- Robust hands-on understanding of networking technologies and network services.
- Experience defining product value propositions and operating models for internal platforms or services.
- Experience managing products within complex technical ecosystems.
