- Product Manager (EV/ Power Electronics)

· Overall 10+years of experience with minimum 5+ Product Manager Role in EV/ Power Electronics industries

· Product knowledge and deep understanding of Emerging Products in EV Mobility, Energy Storage sectors.

· Experience in EV, automotive, battery, powertrain, or related industries.

· Expanding product portfolio in to EV Mobility, BESS and Home Energy segments requires dedicated Product Manager resource to lead and manage the existing product performance.

· Ensure recent product development, new product launches and coordinate with cross functional teams for smooth design, development, and validation and productionise the products.

· Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for EV products.

· Study customer requirements, market trends, and competitor products.

· Convert customer needs into product requirements and specification

· Coordinate with R&D;, design, manufacturing, procurement, quality, and sales teams.

· Manage product development from concept to launch.

· Prioritize features based on customer value, cost,



and technical feasibility.

· Support prototype development, testing, validation, and certification.

· Knowledge of product lifecycle management and agile product development.

· Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

· Ability to work with cross-functional engineering teams.

· Knowledge on Global Technology / Power Electronic product companies and Emerging future products Product Management , Product Strategy , Product Launch Cross functional engagement and coordination

· Should have Strong Communication and Presentation Skills.

· Define the New Product Roadmap and Strategy

· Identify the right Technology partnerships and Sign MOUs

· Market Research and End Customer connect to identify their needs

· Go to Market Strategy for all new products

· Pricing and Promotion Planning and execution
