Role & responsibilities

- Own and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap based on business priorities.

- Gather and analyze business requirements and prepare BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and delivery teams to ensure successful product execution.

- Drive requirement clarification, prioritization, and scope alignment throughout the product lifecycle.

- Plan and coordinate UAT, validate delivered functionality, and facilitate business sign-off.

- Support product adoption, user feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ensure solutions align with airport/aviation business processes and operational requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- 810 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Product Ownership.

- Strong experience in backlog management, prioritization, BRD, and user story creation.

- Hands-on experience with UAT planning, coordination, and sign-off.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.
