Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Management Intern to join our Product Management team. The intern will support product research, documentation, analysis, testing, and coordination activities while learning how data-driven financial technology products are built and improved.

The ideal candidate should be curious, structured, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. This role is suitable for someone at the early stage of their career who wants practical exposure to product management, financial data intelligence, APIs, and risk technology.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in market, competitor, and customer research for current and existing product initiatives.

Support the product team in understanding user problems, business requirements, and product use cases.

Help prepare product documentation such as PRDs, user stories, workflow notes, feature briefs, and release notes.

Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success teams to clarify requirements and track progress.

Support product testing, UAT, feedback collection, issue tracking, and release readiness activities.

Analyze basic product usage data, customer feedback, and operational inputs to identify improvement areas.

Maintain organized documentation and status updates for assigned product tasks.

Contribute to process improvement by suggesting clearer documentation, better workflows, and structured ways of tracking product work.

Required Skills

Strong interest in Product Management, FinTech, financial services, data products, or technology platforms.

Good analytical and structured problem-solving abilities.

Ability to write clearly and prepare structured documentation.





Basic understanding of product workflows, user journeys, and requirement gathering.

Comfort with Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar productivity tools.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Ownership, accountability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Economics, Finance, Computer Applications, or a related field.

0 to 1 year of relevant experience, including internships, academic projects, startup experience, or product-related exposure.

Interest in product management, business analysis, financial technology, APIs, data analytics, or digital lending.

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and priorities effectively.

Preferred or Good to Have

Exposure to FinTech, BFSI, Insurance, Digital Lending, Digital Commerce, SaaS, or technology products.

Basic understanding of APIs, data analytics, dashboards, or product documentation.

Experience working on college projects, internships, case competitions, startup initiatives, or product research.

Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Notion, Figma, Miro, Postman, SQL, Excel, or BI tools.

Relevant certifications or additional learning in Product Management, Business Analysis, Data Analytics, Finance, or Technology.

Experience working with cross-functional teams or coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
