Product Leader - Clinical AI Platform Full-Time | Product Leadership | Hyderabad, India

Role Purpose

Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the MaxisAI clinical AI platform. This leader connects clinical domain insight, customer needs, and engineering execution to deliver a differentiated, enterprise-grade, GxP-ready agentic AI product.

Works closely with: CEO & Strategy Leadership, Product Engineering & Delivery Teams, and key Pharma/CRO/Site Networks customers

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

- Own the end-to-end product strategy, vision, and multi-year roadmap for the MaxisAI platform.
- Define product direction across all buyer segments: Large and Mid-size Pharma, Biotech, CROs, and Site Networks.
- Translate clinical trial, regulatory, and operational challenges into clear product opportunities.

Product Execution

- Own a prioritized backlog aligned to customer value and business outcomes.
- Define requirements through PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Influence architecture decisions from a product and customer perspective, in partnership with Product and AI Engineering.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation through release, iteration, and deprecation.

Product Leadership – AI, Compliance, Customer Focus
- Champion responsible for AI practices,



including transparency, explainability, and governance of AI in regulated contexts.
- Define quality and evaluation standards for AI agents, including accuracy, reliability, and output validation.
- Design human-in-the-loop and supervised-execution experiences with clear audit trails.
- Ensure product features meet GxP, HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11, and relevant data privacy requirements, in partnership with Quality and Delivery Excellence.
- Engage directly with enterprise customers, build a customer-centric culture through continuous feedback loops.

Required Experience

- 12–15+ years of experience, including 5+ years in product leadership roles with product strategy and roadmap.
- Proven track record of owning, experience in building AI/ML-powered products alongside AI engineering teams.
- Domain experience in clinical trials, life sciences, health IT, or regulated SaaS.
- Solid command of Agile product practices, experience in leading product management teams.
- Excellent communication with executive, technical, and customer audiences.

Preferred Background

- Knowledge of clinical data standards (CDISC, USDM, ICH M11).
- Experience with GxP validation, 21 CFR Part 11, or regulated software.
- Experience with agentic AI workflows, LLM-based products, or AI evaluation frameworks.
- Prior role at a Pharma/Healthcare/CRO’s or or pharma SaaS company.
