Nutcracklab is an AI analytics company building intelligent products that help businesses make better decisions using data, predictive analytics and artificial intelligence.We are building a portfolio of AI-driven products across multiple business domains and are looking for a Founding Product Engineer to help take these products from MVP and prototype stages into reliable, production-ready systems.
Required SkillsMust Have
· 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
· Strong Python development skills
· Solid SQL skills
· Experience with PostgreSQL or equivalent relational databases
· Experience building REST APIs
· Experience with FastAPI, Flask, Django or equivalent
· Strong experience with Pandas / NumPy
· Experience with machine learning, predictive analytics or AI applications
· Experience with Git/GitHub
· Experience with Docker
· Experience deploying applications to a cloud environment
· Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
· Understanding of software architecture and production engineering practices
Preferred
· Experience with Microsoft Azure
· Azure ML or equivalent ML deployment experience
· Experience with Streamlit
· Data engineering / ETL
· API and third-party system integrations
· CI/CD and GitHub Actions
· Application monitoring and logging
· Multi-tenant SaaS architecture
· Experience taking products from prototype/MVP → production
· Experience working in retail, e-commerce or other data-intensive business domains
