Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design and deliver training programs for insurance products, processes, and sales techniques to recent hires and existing employees.

- Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online modules.

- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development among participants.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.

- Handling the refresher training for existing team players

- Handling the mock calls; barging live calls before/ post-handover is done to the process Head.

- Well versed in training the objection handling calls

- Interface with customers as needed.

- Conduct Need analysis and share feedback with stakeholders

Job Requirements :

- 1-3 years of experience in BPO or call center industry.

- Strong background in process training, product training, or sales training.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to train diverse groups of people.

- Ability to design effective lesson plans using various instructional methods.

- Call monitoring as per requirement.
