PROCUREMENT MANAGER – RESIDENTIAL INTERIORS

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to manage end-to-end procurement for residential interior projects, including sourcing, vendor management, negotiation, purchasing, and timely material delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement for residential interior projects
- Source and manage vendors, suppliers, and contractors
- Negotiate pricing, rates, and long-term contracts
- Handle purchase orders and delivery tracking
- Ensure materials are procured within project budgets and timelines
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, estimation/BOQ teams, and site engineers
- Evaluate vendor quality, pricing, and delivery performance
- Identify cost-effective materials and suppliers without compromising quality
- Maintain vendor records, procurement data, and cost benchmarks
- Manage and guide the procurement team when required

Requirements:
- 5–10 years of procurement experience
- Experience in residential interior or construction projects




- Robust knowledge of interior materials – furniture, laminates, veneers, fabrics, lighting, hardware, and finishes
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Advanced MS Excel and ERP/procurement software experience
- Strong budgeting, costing, and cost-control skills
- Ability to read and understand interior/architectural drawings
- High-end residential or turnkey interior experience is an advantage
- Established vendor network in interiors/construction is an advantage
