ROLE PURPOSE :-

Responsible for timely, quality and cost-effective procurement of pharmaceutical finished goods from reliable third-party manufacturers, while building a solid vendor network to support Unimarck’s growth and market demand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :-

· Procure finished goods from qualified and reliable third-party manufacturers.

· Identify, evaluate and qualify new vendors in coordination with QA.

· Build and maintain a strong, dependable pharmaceutical vendor network.

· Ensure timely procurement to prevent stock-outs and sales loss.

· Negotiate competitive prices within approved target price bands.

· Understand product costing, MOQ, lead times and commercial terms.

· Monitor vendor quality, delivery, OTIF and performance.

· Develop alternate vendors for critical products and manage supply risks.

· Avoid overstocking, expiry and unnecessary working-capital blockage.

· Build strong,



long-term vendor relationships through regular meetings and factory visits.

· Work closely with Marketing, QA, Finance and Warehouse for seamless supply.

IDEAL CANDIDATE :-

· B.Pharm / M.Pharm preferred.

· Relevant experience in Pharma Procurement / Purchase / Third-Party Manufacturing / Supply Chain.

· Strong existing pharmaceutical manufacturer/vendor network preferred.

· Technically sound with good knowledge of pharma manufacturing, quality and costing.

· Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and vendor-development skills.

· Excellent communication, follow-up and relationship-management skills.

· Own car and willingness to travel extensively across India.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
