Job Summary: Lead sourcing, vendor management, and purchasing operations for residential architecture and interior design projects, ensuring cost-effective, quality, and timely procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute procurement strategy for residential/interior projects

- Manage end-to-end procurement: sourcing, negotiation, POs, delivery tracking

- Build and maintain vendor/supplier/contractor network

- Evaluate vendors on quality, price, reliability, timelines

- Coordinate with architects, designers, BOQ/estimation, and site teams

- Review/approve POs, contracts, and rate agreements

- Align procurement with project budgets and cost targets

- Track material schedules for on-time site delivery

- Negotiate bulk/long-term contracts for cost optimization

- Source alternative materials/suppliers without compromising quality

- Maintain vendor databases, cost benchmarks, procurement records

- Lead and mentor procurement team (if applicable)





- Ensure compliance with procurement policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Commerce, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field

- 2–8 years procurement experience, preferably interiors/construction

- Strong knowledge of interior materials (furniture, laminates, veneers, fabrics, lighting, hardware, finishes)

- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills

- Proficient in advanced MS Excel and ERP/procurement systems

- Robust analytical, budgeting, and cost-control skills

- Ability to read architectural/interior drawings

Preferred:

- Experience in high-end/turnkey residential interior projects

- Established vendor network in interiors/construction

- Prior team leadership experience

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
