Role Description The Procurement Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for managing the purchasing and supply processes that support Audi Delhi South’s operations. This role involves preparing and processing purchase orders, sourcing and evaluating suppliers for vehicles, spare parts, and related services, and ensuring timely availability of inventory.

The Procurement

Officer will participate in contract negotiations, maintain vendor relationships, monitor costs, and optimize procurement terms while adhering to company policies and quality standards.



Daily activities include tracking deliveries, resolving discrepancies in orders or invoices, coordinating with internal teams such as sales, service, and finance, and maintaining accurate procurement records and reports. The role also requires ongoing analysis of market trends and pricing to support strategic purchasing decisions and efficient dealership operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Procurement and Purchasing for automotive products and services.
- Candidates should possess skills in managing Purchase Orders and related documentation and workflows.
- Candidates should possess skills in Contract Negotiation to secure favorable terms with suppliers and service providers.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to evaluate pricing, supplier performance, and inventory needs.
- Relevant experience in automotive or dealership procurement is highly beneficial.
- Robust attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to work with ERP or inventory management systems.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
