Location: Sanaswadi, Pune

Job Profile – Procurement Executive

We are looking for a Procurement Executive with 2–3 years of relevant experience to manage vendor coordination, purchase requirements, purchase orders, and timely delivery of products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with vendors for purchase requirements and ensure timely fulfilment.

Coordinate internally with the Procurement Team and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services while maintaining quality standards.

Coordinate with suppliers and negotiate favourable commercial terms.

Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).

Communicate with vendors regarding PO issuance, order status, and delivery schedules.

Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials/products and services.





Attend daily meetings to provide updates on completed work and plan upcoming activities.

Maintain proper documentation and records related to procurement activities.

Handle other allied work related to procurement as required.

Candidate Requirements:

2–3 years of relevant experience in Procurement / Purchase / Vendor Coordination.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of Purchase Requisition, Purchase Orders and vendor management.

Good coordination and follow-up skills.

Ability to manage multiple procurement activities and meet timelines.

Location: Sanaswadi, Pune

Preferred: Immediate Joiner or Candidate with a Short Notice Period
