Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to manage BOQ preparation, project costing, vendor sourcing and procurement for our commercial interior and turnkey execution projects.

The role requires someone who understands both the commercial and technical side of interior fit-outs and can independently work with drawings, BOQs, vendors, contractors and project teams to arrive at accurate costs and ensure timely procurement.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed BOQs based on drawings, specifications, scope of work and site requirements.
- Obtain quotations from vendors and contractors and fill rates in BOQs to prepare accurate project costing.
- Work closely with designers and project managers to understand material specifications and execution requirements.
- Source materials, products, contractors and specialist vendors for commercial interior projects.
- Prepare comparative statements and evaluate vendors on pricing, quality, specifications, timelines and payment terms.
- Negotiate rates,



credit periods, payment terms and commercial conditions with vendors.
- Issue and track purchase orders and work orders.
- Ensure materials and services are procured within approved budgets and as per project schedules.
- Maintain updated databases of vendors, contractors, material rates and labour rates.
- Track actual procurement costs against estimated BOQ costs and highlight cost variances.
- Develop new vendors and alternate sourcing options to improve pricing and reduce dependency on existing suppliers.
- Coordinate with project and site teams to resolve procurement delays, shortages and quality issues.
- Support the estimation and sales teams with costing for new project proposals and tenders.

Candidate Requirements

- 4–8 years of experience in procurement, costing or estimation in interiors, fit-outs, construction or turnkey execution.
- Solid hands-on experience in BOQ preparation, rate analysis and project costing.
- Good knowledge of interior materials, market rates, labour costs and execution processes.
- Ability to read and understand architectural, interior and services drawings.
- Robust vendor and contractor network in Delhi NCR preferred.
- Good negotiation and commercial skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel for BOQs, costing and vendor comparisons.
- Ability to manage multiple project requirements simultaneously and work closely with design and execution teams.

Experience in sourcing and costing for civil works, carpentry, modular furniture, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, flooring, false ceilings, glass, hardware, lighting, sanitaryware and finishing materials will be preferred.
