Role & responsibilities
- Monitor and control manufacturing processes to meet quality standards.
- Conduct Process, Product & Layered Process Audits.
- Analyse defects using 5 Why, Fishbone, 8D & RCA.
- Monitor SPC, Cp/Cpk and critical process parameters.
- Prepare/review PFMEA, Control Plan & SOPs.
- Handle NCR, CAPA, rejection and rework reduction.
- Support recent product/process trials and validation.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, R&D; and other teams.
- Drive Kaizen, continuous improvement and defect reduction.
- Handle customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
