Role & responsibilities

- Project Management: Own initiatives end-to-end, from problem identification and solution design to implementation, tracking, and closure.

- Stakeholder Management: Partner with BU leaders and functional stakeholders to understand business requirements, align priorities, and drive execution.

- Process Excellence: Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities across Business Units and drive initiatives to improve operational effectiveness.

- Inter-BU Coordination: Work closely with multiple Business Units and cross-functional teams to drive alignment, resolve dependencies, and ensure timely execution of key initiatives.

- Problem Solving: Understand complex business problems, conduct root-cause analysis, and develop practical and scalable solutions.

- Data & Insights: Analyse business and operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.

- Process Standardisation: Develop and implement SOPs, process frameworks, dashboards, and other mechanisms to improve consistency and visibility across teams.

- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, or eliminate redundant processes and drive adoption of best practices across BUs.

- Performance Tracking:



Establish relevant metrics to measure the impact of initiatives and ensure improvements are sustained over time.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Any Graduation / Post Graduation

- Experience: 25 years of experience in Process Excellence, Business Operations, Project Management, Management Consulting, or a similar role.

- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and structured problem-solving ability, with an aptitude for working through ambiguous business problems.

- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives, coordinate stakeholders, and drive projects from inception to execution.

- Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

- Analytical Skills: Comfortable working with data and translating insights into actionable business recommendations.

- Ownership: Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with the ability to independently drive initiatives and deliver outcomes.

- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, energetic environment with changing priorities.

- Collaboration: Ability to work across multiple Business Units and build strong working relationships with diverse teams.
