? Experience: 2–5 Years
? Qualification: Diploma / ITI / Graduate – Mechanical, Production or related field
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise Cap Wadding production & achieve daily targets
- Handle manpower, machines and shift activities
- Monitor process quality, rejection, wastage & productivity
- Ensure machine setting, process parameters & line clearance
- Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, Stores & PPC
- Maintain production records and ensure SOP/GMP compliance
- Drive 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement
Preferred Experience: Cap Wadding / Wadding / Assembly / Production, preferably in Pharmaceutical Packaging, Medical Devices, Plastic, Rubber, FMCG or Manufacturing.
