Role & responsibilities :

- Develop and optimize the high purity SiO2 Crucible manufacturing processes that is done using high temperature arc furnace process to improve yield, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.

- Collaborate with R&D; and production teams to implement new technologies and process improvements.

- Monitor and analyse process data, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.

- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in all crucible manufacturing processes.

- Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve process issues and improve overall operational efficiency.

- Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.

- Implement and oversee process validation and qualification activities.

- Mentor and develop team members,



fostering a culture of continuous learning and skilled growth.

- Maintaining accurate documentation of processes, procedures, and changes, and reporting on process performance to senior management.

- Working with suppliers and vendors to source materials and equipment that meet process requirements and quality standards liability.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.E./ B.Tech /M.Tech Materials Science Metallurgical Chemical Mechanical Electrical

- Design, implement and optimise industrial processes in the manufacturing setup. Focus more on the mathematical and physical aspects of production.

- A t least 3 years of experience in leading a team to manage the stability of the process of a manufacturing plant.
