Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions through international voice support.
- Respond to customer queries professionally and provide accurate resolutions.
- Understand customer requirements and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain high standards of communication, customer service, and process compliance.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update relevant systems.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and company policies.
- Meet defined productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to resolve customer concerns.
Candidate Requirements
- B.Com graduation is mandatory.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in international voice/customer service/BPO processes can apply.
- Excellent spoken English and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in US night rotational shifts.
- Willingness to work from the Badshahpur location.
- Candidates should be customer-focused, confident, and professional.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven workplace.
- Previous experience in an international voice process will be an advantage.
