Salesforce Solution Architect – PRM / Experience CloudAbout the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with 10+ years of Salesforce experience and strong expertise in Salesforce PRM and Experience Cloud .

The role will be responsible for leading solution architecture, translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, conducting client-facing solution discussions, and providing technical leadership to implementation teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead business, requirement-gathering, and solutioning discussions with client stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce PRM and Experience Cloud solutions .
- Define and lead architecture for PRM, Experience Cloud, security, data, and integrations .
- Develop solution designs aligned with Salesforce best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
- Provide technical direction to developers, QA, and implementation teams.
- Review technical designs, identify dependencies and risks, and drive appropriate solutions.
- Guide teams through technical decisions, complex issues, and implementation challenges.
- Support sprint planning, estimation, issue resolution, release planning, and go-live readiness .
- Ensure Salesforce solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders,



project managers, developers, QA, and other technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Lead and mentor Salesforce implementation teams while maintaining technical quality and delivery standards.

Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of overall Salesforce experience .
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce PRM / Partner Portal .
- Strong experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud .
- Proven experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design .
- Experience leading client-facing business and technical solution discussions .
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security, sharing model, permissions, and data architecture .
- Experience translating business requirements into technical and functional Salesforce solutions.
- Proven experience leading Salesforce implementation/delivery teams .
- Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations and enterprise solution architecture.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
