We are looking for an experienced and dynamic School Principal to lead the academic, administrative, and operational functions of the school. The Principal will be responsible for maintaining academic excellence, managing staff, ensuring student wellbeing, and driving the overall growth and development of the school.

Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction for the overall academic and administrative functioning of the school.

Develop and implement academic plans, policies, and school improvement initiatives.

Monitor teaching quality, curriculum delivery, student performance, and learning outcomes.

Lead, mentor, and evaluate teachers and administrative staff.

Manage admissions, parent relationships, student discipline, and grievance resolution.

Coordinate with teachers, parents, management, and other stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with school policies, education regulations, and safety standards.

Oversee examinations, school events, activities, and academic calendars.

Monitor school operations, facilities, resources, and budgets.

Conduct regular meetings and review staff and student performance.

Promote a positive,



inclusive, and student-focused school setting.

Represent the school in meetings, events, and external interactions.

Qualifications & Requirements Master's degree with B.Ed. or equivalent qualification.

6–7 years of relevant experience in school leadership/administration, preferably with experience in a senior academic role.

Strong knowledge of curriculum planning, school operations, and academic administration.

Experience in managing and mentoring teaching teams.

Strong decision-making, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively with parents, students, teachers, and management.

Good organizational and administrative skills.

Experience with CBSE/ICSE/IGCSE/IB curriculum will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
