Position: Principal – Preschool & Junior School

Imperial English School, Gaya Ji, is looking for an experienced, passionate, and visionary Principal to lead our Preschool & Junior School and play a key role in building a school from the ground up.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

✅ Lead the establishment and development of the school from scratch.

✅ Develop academic plans, school policies, and operational systems.

✅ Manage preschool and junior school operations effectively.

✅ Recruit, train, and mentor teachers and support staff.

✅ Ensure high-quality, activity-based, and child-friendly learning.

✅ Oversee lesson planning, assessments, and student progress.

✅ Build strong parent relationships and handle parent concerns.

✅ Drive student admissions, community outreach, and school growth.

✅ Ensure student safety, discipline, hygiene, and overall well-being.

✅ Coordinate school infrastructure, resources, and daily administration.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in school administration or academic leadership.

Proven experience in setting up and launching a school from scratch is essential.





Experience managing a preschool, primary school, or junior school.

Strong knowledge of early childhood and primary education.

Excellent leadership, communication, and team-management skills.

Ability to independently establish systems and manage school operations.

B.Ed. or relevant educational qualifications preferred.

JOB DETAILS

Location: Imperial Academy, Near Gauri Kanya High School, Lakhibag, Gaya, Bihar

Salary: ₹10,000–₹16,500 per month

Joining: Within 30 days

Role: Principal with School-Launch Responsibilities
