? Hiring: Principal Engineer – Test Strategy

? Location: Bangalore / Chennai / Gurugram

? Key Responsibilities:

- Own the end-to-end test strategy across the domain covering functional, integration & end-to-end testing.
- Drive Shift-Left Testing by embedding quality into design and development.
- Lead adoption of AI in Testing including test generation, coverage analysis, spec-driven testing and automated review.
- Define standards for test automation frameworks, tooling and reusable test assets.
- Establish quality gates, coverage targets and measurable test-effectiveness metrics.
- Coach and mentor engineers/test specialists and act as the technical escalation point for complex quality challenges.
- Partner with architecture and delivery leads to align testing with engineering practices and release goals.

? Mandatory Skills:
- 10+ years of robust experience in Test Automation & Test Architecture.
- Deep hands-on experience with test automation at scale.
- Proven experience in Shift-Left Testing and embedding testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Practical experience applying AI in Software Testing/Engineering.




- Strong knowledge of API & UI Automation and test data strategy.
- Experience defining test frameworks, quality gates, coverage targets and test-effectiveness metrics.
- Strong technical leadership with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
