About our customer:

They are building a connected platform that brings together every part of healthcare operations like member care, providers, authorisations, claims, payments, and more into one system. Instead of disconnected tools, teams get shared data, workflows, and security in one place.

What you need:

- 10+ years of strong fullstack experience across backend (C#/.NET, Java, Python, Node.js, Golang, or similar) and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular)

- Proven architecture and technical decision-making experience, with deep knowledge of SQL Server, database design, and cloud-native systems

- Strong experience with IaC, CI/CD, containerisation, observability, and secrets management at scale

- Ability to translate healthcare and insurance domain requirements into robust technical solutions

- Comfort acting as a technical bridge between India and U.S. teams, working directly with U.S. stakeholders and domain experts





- Experience mentoring engineers hands-on in a flat, agile environment without relying on traditional management structures

What you would do:

- Drive architecture and technical decisions across healthcare applications built for scale and reliability

- Build and guide the development of secure, scalable frontend and backend components and APIs

- Own cloud infrastructure strategy using IaC, and champion automated testing, deployment, and provisioning

- Establish robust observability, monitoring, and secrets management practices across the stack

- Partner closely with U.S. teams to shape technical solutions for healthcare and insurance domain problems

- Help lay the technical foundation of the Kochi engineering team while mentoring engineers and driving AI-enabled development practices
