Key Responsibilities

Design Leadership

● Conduct customer consultations and understand lifestyle, space, functionality, and design requirements.

● Develop space plans, layouts, mood boards, BOQs, and design concepts.

● Create and present design proposals and 3D visualizations.

● Ensure design feasibility, aesthetics, functionality, and cost optimization.

● Guide and mentor junior designers/Draftsman.

● Maintain company design standards and best practices.

Sales & Business Development

● Drive sales through customer consultations, Experience Center meetings, site visits, and design presentations.

● Convert enquiries into confirmed projects through effective solution selling.

● Present commercial proposals and negotiate closures.

● Build trust and long-term customer relationships.

● Generate repeat and referral business.

● Maintain accurate CRM updates and sales pipeline management.

● Achieve assigned revenue and conversion targets.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
