- PhD/ MSC /M.Tech. in Chemistry, Materials Science, Nanoscience, Chemical Engineering or related field, with solid hands-on R&D; experience.

- Proven expertise in colloidal nanomaterial synthesis, specifically InAs / III-V quantum dots or semiconductor nanoparticles.

- Strong hands-on experience in nanoparticle surface chemistry, ligand exchange, formulation and dispersion.

- Experience developing and characterizing solution-processed optoelectronic materials, ideally for photodetectors, solar cells, LEDs or image sensors.
