:

- ead the design development and implementation of Oracle Primavera Unifier solutions to meet client project management needs
- Oversee system configuration customization and integration with other enterprise systems ensuring seamless data flow
- Collaborate with project managers developers and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and custom reports to support project tracking and decision making
- Manage data migration processes ensuring accurate transfer of legacy data to Primavera Unifier
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices regulatory standards and data security protocols
- Prepare technical documentation including architecture diagrams user guides and system specifications
- Provide postimplementation support and training to endusers and client teams
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience
- Support presales activities by contributing technical expertise during client engagements and proposal development





Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage Primavera Unifier implementation projects ensuring timely delivery and quality
- Design and develop business processes including workflows reports and dashboards within Primavera Unifier
- Configure and maintain custom reports and dashboards leveraging BI Publisher and other reporting tools
- Facilitate requirement gathering sessions business blueprint meetings and user acceptance testing UAT
- Conduct training sessions and create user manuals for current and existing users of Primavera Unifier
- Collaborate with Oracle Support and hosting providers to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance
- Monitor application health and perform administrative activities related to Primavera Unifier
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals
- Drive performance testing and defect analysis to maintain high system reliability
- Mentor and guide junior team members and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
