About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for the Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and project timelines.
- Qualify leads and identify potential interior design prospects.
- Schedule meetings and site visits with the Sales Team.
- Maintain accurate lead details and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending and non-responsive leads.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Meet assigned calling, lead qualification, and meeting targets.
- Maintain regular updates on lead status and daily activity reports.

Requirements




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Prior experience in interior design, real estate, sales, or telecalling will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
