Role Overview

As a Business Development Associate (BDA), you will play a key role in driving Skill-Lync's growth by helping prospective learners make informed career decisions. You will engage with qualified leads, understand their learning and career goals, recommend the right programs, and guide them through the enrollment journey.

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automobile, Mechatronics, or related engineering graduates to join our Pre-Sales team. As a Pre-Sales Consultant (Demo Engineer), you will conduct technical demo sessions, explain engineering concepts, guide learners on career opportunities, and support the sales team in converting prospective learners.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging live technical demo sessions for prospective learners.
- Explain engineering concepts using real-world projects and industry applications.
- Demonstrate engineering software and technical workflows.
- Address learner queries related to Mechanical Design, CAD, CAE, CFD, Embedded Systems, Electric Vehicles, MATLAB & Simulink, and related domains.
- Guide learners on career paths, industry trends,



required technical skills, and portfolio development.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Academic teams to improve learner experience.
- Track demo quality, learner satisfaction, attendance, and demo-to-enrollment conversion.

Eligibility

- B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Civil, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
- Prior experience in technical training, demonstrations, or EdTech is an added advantage.Preferred Technical Knowledge
- CAD Design, GD&T;, Sheet Metal, BIW
- CAE (ANSYS, HyperMesh, FEA)
- CFD (ANSYS Fluent)
- Embedded Systems
