We are looking for an Enterprise Software Presales / Solution Consultant who can understand client business requirements, recommend suitable technology solutions, conduct product demonstrations, and support the sales team throughout the presales cycle. The candidate should be comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with clients to understand their business challenges, software requirements, and existing technology workplace.

- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.

- Prepare and deliver customized product demonstrations based on client use cases.

- Explain software architecture, integrations, scalability, security, and key product capabilities to customers.

- Prepare proposals, presentations, and responses to RFPs/RFIs while ensuring compliance with customer requirements.

- Collaborate with sales, product, technical, implementation,



and other internal teams to develop effective solutions and proposals.

- Handle customer questions, objections, and technical discussions during demos and presentations.

- Support sales teams in opportunity planning, solution positioning, and customer engagements.

- Stay updated with emerging trends and innovations in enterprise software, cloud, AI, integrations, and security.
