Role & responsibilities To manage day-to-day execution of accounting, compliance and taxation assignments, supervise junior staff, ensure timely delivery to clients and act as the primary review layer before matters are escalated to the Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and review bookkeeping, accounting and compliance work performed by junior team members.

- Allocate work across team members and monitor completion against agreed timelines.

- Review GST returns, TDS compliances, accounting schedules and reconciliations before partner review.

- Coordinate directly with clients for routine information requirements and follow-ups.

- Maintain compliance calendars and ensure timely completion of assignments.

- Train and mentor junior accountants.

- Establish and improve standard operating procedures for recurring assignments.

- Review monthly management reports prepared for Virtual CFO clients.





- Support partner in due diligence and certification assignments.

- Maintain quality standards and ensure minimal rework.

- Act as first point of escalation for team and client delivery matters.

Preferred candidate profile

- Solid knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS and corporate compliances.

- Experience in supervising teams.

- Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.

- Ability to communicate confidently with business owners and finance teams.

- Working knowledge of Tally and Zoho Books.
