About VibeCrafts

VibeCrafts is a growing E-Commerce & D2C brand operating in Home Décor, Home Furnishing, Furniture, Paintings, Mirrors, Lighting, Crafts and Lifestyle Products.

We are looking for an experienced PPC Executive who can independently manage paid advertising campaigns, optimize performance and contribute directly to website traffic, conversions and online sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, manage and optimize PPC and paid advertising campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Shopping, Performance Max and Display.
- Manage Meta Ads across Facebook and Instagram.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and audience research.
- Create and optimize campaign structures, ad groups, keywords, audiences and targeting.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, keywords, placements and audiences.
- Drive relevant website traffic, conversions and online revenue.
- Track and improve key performance metrics including ROAS, ROI, CPA, CPC, CTR and Conversion Rate.
- Manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing of ads, creatives, audiences, landing pages and offers.
- Monitor daily campaign spend and ensure budgets are utilized efficiently.
- Analyze website and campaign data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Work with the Creative and E-Commerce teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.




- Track campaign performance through Google Analytics/GA4, Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated with changes in Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC trends and advertising best practices.

E-Commerce / D2C Experience – Preferred

Candidates with hands-on experience in E-Commerce, D2C or online retail businesses will be preferred.

The candidate should understand the complete paid marketing journey:

Advertisement → Website Traffic → Product Page → Cart → Checkout → Purchase → Revenue

Experience in driving sales through an owned E-Commerce website will be an advantage.

- Ability to independently identify performance issues and implement solutions.
- Good understanding of online customer acquisition and conversion.
- E-Commerce/D2C experience will be strongly preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Should be comfortable working with marketing, creative and E-Commerce teams.
