About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive PPC Assistant to support our manufacturing operations. You will play a key role in tracking daily production, coordinating across various departments, and ensuring that our manufacturing timelines are met efficiently on the factory floor.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking daily production activities.
- Coordinate seamlessly between various manufacturing departments to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Track the movement of raw materials and monitor work orders across different production stages.
- Maintain accurate records, generate daily production reports, and reconcile batch data.
- Identify bottlenecks in the manufacturing process and flag them to the production management team.

Requirements:

- Education: Graduation completed.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in production planning, coordination, or a similar operational role.
- Skills: Solid organizational abilities, proficiency in MS Excel and basic data entry, and excellent communication skills.
