Job Brief: We are seeking an experienced Power Press Machine Operator with strong expertise in die setting and handling to join our manufacturing production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in press operation, die setup, and meeting daily production targets while maintaining workplace safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate Power Press machines safely and efficiently according to daily production plans.
- Perform independent die setting, die changes, alignment, and standard maintenance routines.
- Ensure daily production targets and manufacturing output goals are met without compromising quality.
- Monitor machine performance during operation and report any operational faults or maintenance needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized,



and protected workplace environment around press areas.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

- Experience: 5 to 6 years of practical, hands-on experience as a Power Press Operator / Die Setter.
- Industry Background: Manufacturing or Metal Fabrication industry experience required.
- Strong practical knowledge of power press operation, die alignment, and handling techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven production setup.
