: Power BI Developer (Pharma Domain Experience)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer with solid expertise in DAX, SQL, Azure , and end-to-end dashboard development. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in the pharmaceutical domain , with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports .
- Write advanced DAX calculations and optimize data models for performance.
- Build and manage data pipelines using Azure services (Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, etc.).
- Develop optimized SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, especially in the pharma domain (sales, medical, commercial data, etc.).
- Ensure data accuracy, data quality, and compliance with pharma industry standards.




- Perform data modeling, ETL development, and report automation.
- Troubleshoot BI solutions, optimize performance, and implement best practices.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to deliver insights and support decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4–6 years of experience as a Power BI Developer or BI Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI , including Power Query, DAX, and data modeling.
- Hands-on experience with SQL (advanced queries, stored procedures, optimization).
- Working knowledge of Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Storage.
- Experience working with pharmaceutical datasets , such as sales data, patient data, medical data, or commercial analytics.
- Understanding of data governance, data privacy, and compliance regulations (GxP, HIPAA is a plus).
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
