? Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor and drive a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for business growth
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients & channel partners
- Conduct client meetings, site visits,
negotiations and closures
- Drive revenue through new client acquisition and existing portfolio
- Track market trends, competitor activities and new project launches
? Desired Candidate Profile:
- Mandatory: 4+ Years of experience in Real Estate Sales ONLY
- Must have experience in handling a team
- Strong leadership, communication & closing skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Must be currently working in Real Estate in Gurgaon Market
- Graduate / MBA Preferred
