Role:

Own the end-to-end management of The GB Show, including guest coordination, episode planning, production, publishing, and promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and coordinate with CXOs, founders, and industry leaders as guests.
- Manage guest outreach, scheduling, briefing, and follow-ups.
- Plan episode topics, questions, and content flow.
- Coordinate with production, editing, design, and social media teams.
- Ensure timely recording, publishing, and promotion of episodes.
- Track podcast performance and audience engagement.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in podcast, content, media, events, or influencer management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational abilities.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of social media and content trends.
- Comfortable interacting with senior industry professionals.
