Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced PLC Programmer responsible for developing, programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintaining PLC-based industrial automation systems. The candidate will work closely with automation, electrical, instrumentation, and engineering teams to deliver reliable and effective control solutions.

:

- Must be good in PLC Programming Languages such as Structure Text & Ladder Logic in the IEC standard of 61131-3
- Need to know Indepth about PLC, Servo Drives, IO module functionalities
- Basic knowledge of CodeSys environment to Program the PLC
- Strong proficiency in PLC and Industrial automation
- Solid understanding of CodeSys programming and Structured Text
- Familiarity with EtherCAT / Sercos / Profinet communication protocols
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Hands-on experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing systems.




- Scripting skills in languages like Python or m-script.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, modify, test, and debug PLC programs using CODESYS.
- Develop control logic using Structured Text (ST) programming.
- Design and implement machine-control sequences, interlocks, alarms, and safety logic.
- Configure and troubleshoot industrial communication networks.
- Integrate PLCs with drives, motors, sensors, actuators, I/O modules, and other automation components.
- Work with EtherCAT, Sercos, and PROFINET communication protocols.
- Perform PLC software testing, I/O validation, debugging, and commissioning.
- Troubleshoot PLC, communication, hardware, and machine-control issues.
- Analyze machine faults and implement corrective actions.
- Support machine commissioning at customer/manufacturing sites.
- Review electrical drawings, I/O lists, control specifications, and machine sequence requirements.
- Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, controls, and other engineering teams.
- Prepare technical documentation, software backups, and commissioning reports.
