Job Summary

We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic PLC Tutor / PLC Teaching Staff to train students and working professionals in Industrial Automation and PLC programming. The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of PLC systems and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly through both theory and hands-on training.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on PLC programming.
- Teach PLC programming concepts from basic to advanced levels.
- Provide hands-on training using PLC hardware and automation training setups.
- Explain PLC programming, troubleshooting, commissioning, and fault diagnosis.
- Train students on Siemens / Mitsubishi / Allen-Bradley PLCs or other commonly used PLC platforms.
- Teach HMI, SCADA, VFD, sensors, actuators, and industrial communication basics.
- Prepare training materials, practical exercises, assignments, and assessments.
- Guide students in developing automation projects and solving practical problems.
- Monitor student performance and provide technical guidance.
- Keep training content aligned with current industrial practices.
- Support students with interview preparation and industry-oriented technical knowledge.





Required Skills:

- Robust knowledge of PLC programming and Industrial Automation.
- Practical experience with PLC hardware and software.
- Knowledge of ladder logic, timers, counters, analog signals, and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of HMI, SCADA, VFD, sensors, and industrial communication.
- Good communication and teaching skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields.
- Prior experience as a PLC Trainer, Automation Engineer, PLC Programmer, or Teaching Faculty will be preferred.

Experience:

1-3 years of relevant experience in PLC programming, Industrial Automation, or technical training.
