Skylime is an inclusive, sensory-friendly recreational play space for children aged 2-12 years, welcoming both neurodivergent and neurotypical children. We create a safe, supportive environment where children can explore, play and participate in their own way - without pressure or rigid expectations.

Role Details

Position: Play Facilitator

Experience: 0-3 years | Freshers welcome

Type: Full-time | In office

Location: JP Nagar Phase 1, Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities include

> Facilitate child-led, unstructured play across sensory, soft play, pretend play, art, movement and reading zones.

> Actively supervise children and maintain a safe, inclusive and welcoming play environment. Observe and respond sensitively to different play styles, communication needs and sensory preferences - knowing when to engage, support or give a child space.

> Set up, organise and reset play zones and materials throughout the day.

> Support activities, workshops, events and birthday celebrations.





> Interact warmly with parents/caregivers and promptly report concerns to the Centre Manager.

> Follow safety, hygiene and safeguarding protocols and support daily opening/closing responsibilities.

Ideal Candidate Genuinely enjoys engaging and playing with children; comfortable working with neurodivergent and neurotypical children.

Calm, patient, empathetic and non-judgmental, able to engage without being overly directive. Observant, energetic, responsible and safety-conscious with good communication skills.

Willing to learn, take ownership and work as part of a hands-on team.

Preferred Background

Diploma / Graduate in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Social Work, Fine Arts or a related field. Experience in preschools, activity centres, inclusive education or working with children is preferred; freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn are welcome.
