We are building a B2B financial platform that enables businesses to access financing and manage financial workflows. Join our core engineering team and work closely with technology and product leadership to build a secure, reliable, observable and scalable cloud platform .

The role

You will own the cloud infrastructure, deployment platform and reliability engineering practices that enable engineering teams to build and operate services confidently. You will help establish automation, observability, security, backup/recovery and disaster-recovery capabilities from the ground up.

What you will do

- Design, build and maintain AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Build and manage Kubernetes/container platforms and application environments.
- Establish reliable CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation and rollback mechanisms.
- Implement IAM, secrets management, access controls and audit logging.
- Build monitoring, logging, metrics, dashboards and actionable alerts.
- Define and improve SRE practices, incident response and operational runbooks.
- Manage PostgreSQL backup, recovery, monitoring and performance.
- Implement and regularly test disaster recovery, backup restoration and deployment recovery.
- Work with engineering and security teams on platform security, reliability and resilience.
- Identify infrastructure and operational risks and drive continuous improvement.

What you bring

- 6–9 years of hands-on experience in AWS / Cloud / Platform Engineering / SRE.
- Strong experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Linux and CI/CD.




- Hands-on experience with Terraform or equivalent Infrastructure as Code.
- Strong understanding of AWS networking, IAM, security and secrets management.
- Experience operating PostgreSQL including backup, recovery, monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Experience with observability tools, logging, monitoring and alerting.
- Solid scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash or similar.
- Experience troubleshooting production incidents and driving root-cause analysis.
- Good understanding of high availability, disaster recovery and system resilience.

Good to Have

- Experience with FinTech, Banking, Payments or other regulated/financial platforms.
- Experience with multi-AZ / multi-region AWS architecture.
- Exposure to security, compliance, audit and vulnerability-management requirements.

• Experience establishing SLOs, SLIs and operational reliability practices A hands-on platform engineer who can build the infrastructure as well as operate it — someone who takes ownership of reliability, automation, security and recovery rather than simply managing cloud resources.
