Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities and personnel.

- Monitor production output to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and timelines.

- Allocate resources efficiently to meet production schedules and minimize downtime.

- Enforce safety, cleanliness, and hygiene protocols across the production floor.

- Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and documentation.

- Troubleshoot issues that arise during production and implement corrective actions.

- Collaborate with quality assurance and maintenance teams to ensure smooth workflow.

- Train and mentor production workers to ensure high performance and adherence to SOPs.

- Identify areas for process improvement and support continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ensure inventory of raw materials and packaging materials is adequate for production.

Pay: Up to ₹29,000.00 per month
