A plant incharge has the overall responsibilities of supervising and monitoring the plant. He directs the work of junior operators in the plant. In addition, he exercises a lot of authority and can be called upon to make a decision at the spur of the moment. Additionally, his role includes ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in his defined role.

He ensures that all the equipment are in proper working order. He also writes reports, maintains records and ensures staff development. He schedules work assignments for the junior employees and coordinates their work.

He is actively involved in ensuring that employees get to work in a protected environment by monitoring how work is carried out and ensuring that the company adheres to local government regulations on health and safety. He ensures that all terminations and/or promotions for employees are fair and procedural.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
