Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Plant Operator to operate, monitor, and control plant machinery and equipment to ensure safe, productive, and uninterrupted plant operations. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring process parameters, handling equipment, maintaining operational records, and coordinating with maintenance and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor plant machinery and production equipment.

Ensure smooth plant operations as per SOPs and production plans.

Conduct routine inspection of equipment and identify abnormalities.

Start, stop, and operate machinery safely according to standard procedures.

Report equipment failures, process deviations, and safety issues to supervisors.

Coordinate with the maintenance team for breakdown and preventive maintenance.

Maintain daily production, machine, logbook, and shift handover records.





Ensure compliance with plant safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Assist during plant start-up, shutdown, maintenance, and emergency operations.

Ensure optimum utilization of machinery and minimize equipment downtime.

Follow quality, safety, environmental, and operational standards.

Coordinate effectively with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Utility teams.

Candidate Profile

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or related discipline.

2–5 years of experience in plant operations or manufacturing/process industries.

Knowledge of industrial machinery and plant equipment.

Basic troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.

Ability to understand plant operating parameters and SOPs.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
