15+ years of relevant experience in PP, PVC compounding, Masterbatch manufacturing.
Robust practical knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management
Develop, implement and maintain the plant Quality Management System. Establish and maintain SOPs.
Required Candidate profile
5 years in a plant management, senior production or operations leadership role . Experience in PVC compounding will be strongly preferred.
