Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensure smooth operation of plant equipment by performing breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair activities.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems related to pneumatics, hydraulics, and other plant systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation for maintenance procedures, work instructions, and records.
Job Requirements :
- 5-12 years of experience in a similar role as a Plant & Maintenance Engineer or equivalent position.
- Robust knowledge of breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency in handling complex mechanical systems such as pneumatic system design and implementation.
