Planning Engineer + MIS will be responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring and reporting of the RLDA component of the Dharavi Redevelopment PMC Project . The role will involve developing and updating project schedules, monitoring progress against approved programmes, identifying delays and critical activities, and coordinating with contractors and project stakeholders to ensure timely execution.

- Develop and maintain the overall Master Programme, Baseline Programme and detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
- Prepare weekly, monthly and milestone-based work programmes for civil, structural, architectural and infrastructure works.
- Monitor actual progress against the approved baseline and identify delays, slippages and critical activities .
- Prepare 2-week/3-week look-ahead schedules and coordinate with contractors for planned activities.
- Review contractor schedules, resource deployment, productivity and recovery programmes.
- Identify the critical path, near-critical activities and potential schedule risks and highlight them to the Project Management team.
- Coordinate with Design, Construction, QA/QC, HSE and Contracts teams to ensure planned activities are achieved.
- Prepare delay analysis,



catch-up/recovery programmes and extension-of-time supporting information , wherever required.

MIS & Progress Monitoring

- Develop and maintain project MIS dashboards, progress trackers and management reports .
- Collect and validate progress data from various project sites, contractors and discipline teams.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports (DPR/WPR/MPR) .
- Track planned vs. actual progress, physical progress, productivity and key project milestones.
- Prepare S-curves, progress curves, histograms, dashboards and variance analysis .
- Maintain project KPIs and provide management with timely information on project performance.
- Prepare presentations and management reports highlighting progress, delays, risks, constraints and required actions .
- Maintain trackers for drawings, approvals, RFIs, material procurement, inspections, manpower, equipment and other project deliverables.

Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering Experience: 10 years or more in Planning, Project Controls and MIS, preferably in large-scale building/redevelopment/PMC projects .

Software: Primavera P6, MS Project, Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint; Power BI would be an added advantage.
