Required Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

- Experience in planning, scheduling, and monitoring of large-scale infrastructure projects.

- Robust knowledge and practical experience in project planning, progress monitoring, and schedule management.

- Experience in preparing and updating baseline programmes, detailed work programmes, and project schedules.

- Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project and other project planning tools.

- Experience in progress tracking, delay analysis,



and preparation of project progress reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation, review, and updating of project schedules and work programmes.

- Monitor project progress against the approved baseline programme and planned targets.

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

- Track physical and financial progress of project activities.

- Assist in identifying delays, critical activities, and schedule deviations and support corrective actions.

- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and other stakeholders for collection and verification of progress data.

- Assist in the preparation of look-ahead schedules, progress updates, and planning reports.

- Monitor project activities to ensure timely completion in accordance with the approved schedule.
