Planning Head – Oil & Gas

Experience: 20–25 Years

Industry: Oil & Gas / EPC

:

- Lead overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and project controls for Oil & Gas/EPC projects.
- Develop and maintain master schedules covering Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning.
- Monitor project progress, critical path, milestones, resources, and schedule performance.
- Identify delays, risks,



and bottlenecks and drive recovery plans.
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and management dashboards.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commercial, and Client teams.
- Review contractor/subcontractor schedules and progress.
- Support delay analysis, claims, EOT, and change management.
- Lead and mentor the project planning team.

Requirements:

- B.E./B.Tech in Engineering; Project Management qualification preferred.
- 20–25 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas/EPC projects.
- Robust expertise in Primavera P6, project scheduling, planning & project controls.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
